Billing & Shipping Address Policy

Address Matching Requirement

For security and fraud-prevention purposes:

  • The billing address must match the address on file with your card issuer

  • Orders may be reviewed if the billing and shipping addresses do not match

Using PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Shop Pay may help avoid address verification issues, as these services verify addresses directly.


Address Verification

We use an address verification system (AVS) to confirm billing information with your card issuer.

If your order cannot be verified, you may see an error such as:

“The address provided does not match the cardholder’s billing address.”

If this occurs, you may:

  • Confirm your billing address with your bank or card issuer, or

  • Complete your purchase using PayPal or another supported digital wallet


Order Verification & Review

In some cases, an order may be temporarily placed on hold for manual review.

If this happens:

  • You will receive an email requesting confirmation

  • Please respond promptly so we can complete the verification process

  • Orders that cannot be verified may be canceled and refunded


Additional Security Checks

To protect both customers and our business, additional verification may be required in rare cases, such as:

  • High-value orders

  • Unusual purchasing patterns

  • Inconsistent billing information

Any verification request will be limited to what is reasonably necessary and handled securely.

Exceptions & Manual Review (If Required)

In limited situations, customer support may request basic confirmation details to validate an order.
All information is handled securely and used only for order verification.

Providing verification details is optional; if verification cannot be completed, the order will be canceled and fully refunded.
